Hi All,
I am also stuck into the same situation where I am able to attach file in Change Attachments tab via Web Client but getting the above stack trace while trying to attach a file with sdk code. Can anyone suggest a solution for this?
I have made sure I have the rights to create folder in file manager but not sure what is causing the problem here.Root Cause exception : com.agile.webfs.components.common.RepositoryException: The preferred file server : http://xxxx/Filemgr/services/FileServer for current user is down. Please contact the system administrator.

Thanks Steve, I tried to check the preferences options but was not able to spot which particular setting in the attached screenshot you meant to refer.
I get the below error while trying to import:
The manufacturer “TESTING” does not exist or was soft deleted so the manufacturer part ‘1234’ could not be autocreated.
I hope I am checking in the correct preferences window.

Thanks Antonio and Steve for your suggestions.
I found a solution which is mentioned below and it worked out for me. I had to change the registry setting for IE.Windows -> Run -> regedit
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTMIMEDatabaseContent Typeapplication/vnd.ms-excelExtension
and changed .xls. to .xlsx.This answer accepted by tapan. on November 24, 2024 Earned 15 points.
