Hi Kumar, for the history purpose, you shouldn’t be able to delete a change with status other than Pending.
The acceptable should be cancel it. An admin user should access ECO approver record and use the Transfer Authority functionality to someone in the business that can Reject or Cancel this ECO. Assuming these users are no longer working in the company and you are using some kind of LDAP integration you should reactivate this users before transferring authority. My best

Hi Runemeijer,
actually Manufacturers appears at the Change’s Affected Items tab, but you need to select the item and than select the sub tab manufacturer like the image attached.
You also can create configured searches and reports showing the relationships of changes, items and manufacturers like the one in the second attached image.

Good point Manju and good answer Patrick.
I’d like to add a little bit on this question.
Some clients used to have the EBOM (Engineering BOM) at Agile side and MBOM (ManufacturingBOM) at ERP side. In fact they can have different MBOMs regarding the site manufacturing the product.
You also can hold different BOMs in Agile using the Distribute Manufacturing concept, which means using the Sites to hold the differences.
I agree with Patrick that you don’t need to call out the exact amount required by each process, because at ERP side you’ll have some extra documents like the manufacturing process that can deal with it, for example.Good luck

Hi Patrick thanks for collaborate on this question,
Yes, I have FM set up ain JavaClient
From the WebClient side I see a simple message Error after importing the files. When I try to start FM up I see the following message.
[agile@agile934 bin]$ ./startup.sh
Using CATALINA_BASE: /usr/local/tomcat
Using CATALINA_HOME: /usr/local/tomcat
Using CATALINA_TMPDIR: /usr/local/tomcat/temp
Using JRE_HOME: /oracle/app/agile/agile934/jdk
Using CLASSPATH: /usr/local/tomcat/bin/bootstrap.jar:/usr/local/tomcat/bin/tomcat-juli.jar
Using CATALINA_PID: /oracle/app/agile/agile934/FileManager/tomcat.pidBut I don’t have any log at server side. It seems that there is a miss connection between filemanager and Tomcat.
Regards
