Definitely so, just change the value of the Default Calendar field in the Excel file to another existing one and use the import feature. The field  will be updated.

on the Export process take a look on what Filter both users are choosing, on step 2.
The predefined Default Item Filter should export all item pages and tabs including BOM and their respective AML.

In the Java Client, Admin, Settings, Server Settings, LDAP you will find a functionality to create many “LDAPs” using different sources of users. Out-of-the-box you will find de Agile001 LDAP and you can create as many as needed.

Hi Mathison, by documentation …/Agile/PLMServlet is the one that should be used.
I´m using the 9.3.5 version and when I hit enter in the browser it converts automatically …/Agile/PLMServlet to …/Agile/default/login-cms.jsp.

variant management is a feature to deal with possible BOM variations. Let’s think in a laptop, you by a brand A, model 123 and make choices regarding size, processor, RAM, hard drive and case color. All these possibilities must be pre-configured to avoid any technical mismatch, like processor type and amount of RAM.

Raj, you can also use Project Libre to generate the xml file, but I strongly suggest that you create a simple project in Agile, containing 1 phase, 1 gate, 1 milestone and 1 task, and than export it as xml file and edit on a MSProject or Project Libre as needed.
It’ll be easier to import back if you follow some basic rules that the original file contains.

Hi Mooseman, I’d like to suggest an alternative to the very well described solution offered by Antonio above.
Create a new personal usergroup containing two users, the supervisor and yourself. Be sure to add all necessary roles to this usergroup.
On the workflow approval step that sends the change to the supervisor, change his user, in the approval field, to the new usergroup name. Be sure to configure the step to allow only one signoff by group.
Both will receive the approval notification and in case you are out-of-office, your supervisor could approval the change.

I´d suggest you create a specific part Subclass, probably the easiest way to deal with security matrix and than I´d create an read privileges pointing to that specific Subclass.
But if you have the possibility to show the part, but hiding only the BOM to different user groups, you can create specific reading privileges containing and not containing the BOM´s attributes. These two privileges have to belong to two different roles and these roles have to be associated to users or groups.
