Windows 10 – Import

The import feature is not working on my computer now that I have Windows 10. I can choose the load sheet, but then nothing happens. Has anyone experienced this? Any known fixes or suggestions?

So you can get to the import screen and add the file but when you hit next nothing?  Is the file similar to one that you have loaded in the past?  Can you try dumping the Java cache and trying again?  Try a CSV file.

Nelly – Not specifically related to Windows 10, but I have experienced the import wizard hanging after selecting a load file.  For me – it has always been due to the File Manager being down.

I would check to see if you are able to manually upload a file to an object to rule that out.  You can also use your file manager configuration URL to check the status:  http://<Filemgr host>:<port>/Filemgr/Configuration 

Example:  http://YourAgileURL.com:8080/Filemgr/Configuration

Problem was that I was in Microsoft Edge and not Internet Explorer. So that was causing the issue. Thank you both for responding.
