How to set custom calendar as default calendar for all users.
Option is to change the setting for all users individually, but looks not practical. I wish to set custom calendar as default calendar at one place else maintenance is difficult.
You could try using the OOTB Agile Import functionality to bulk update the Preferred Calendar for the users you list in the input file.
Kumar, you should use the import feature to leverage all the users calendar, create a search of all users showing user id, name, last name and calendar, export it to a spreadsheet, change the calendar as needed, import it, done!

I would also recommend setting the preferred calendar as a default (on the User Class) if you want to cover any new user accounts created in the future.
