Is there a way to get the change cycle time report to skip weekends in it’s calculations?
Hi,
I thought I saw somewhere a setting to get reports to skip weekends in calculations – for example in the change cycle time report I’d like it to skip weekends when it’s calculating how long it takes from one step to another.
I saw the one in preferences for reminders/escalations but don’t see one for reports.
Also, is there a way to get the report layouts to include the workflow tab or history tab?
Or is the only way to report that data from SQL or java report?

There is a setting in Admin to skip weekends under “Server Settings->Preferences”. But I am not sure whether the reports pay attention to it.
