Import and export are not functional

1.The Next button is greyed out after select an excel file to import
2. get error “No such file or directory” When export an BOM from the Item page

But it was OK a month ago. Is it Agile problem or network problem? How to resolve the problem?

The Agile version is 9.3.1

When you get the error message “No Such File or Directory” it would be pointing to the directory that is missing. Go ahead and create that. There is a temp directory that Agile needs in order to export and sometimes that directory will get deleted.

Hi madhusudanas,

The error mssg shows /tmp/agile…(no such file or directory) when export files, but out IT found tmp folder exist on both the database and application servers. Any other ideas?

The subfolder under /tmp was deleted somehow. Export is functioning after the path is created. Thanks!
