How do you export file attachments to an external folder?
1. I need to be able to run a report to an external file location
2. I need to be able to export file attachments to an external file location using PX, ATOs, CTOs.. Ideally without having to use Java Script.
2 – Including file attachments in your Transfer Order depends on the Filter(s) that you are using on the Subscriber Object. The Filter itself (System Settings > Agile Content Services > Filters) has an ‘Attachment Options’ property that can be set to “Tab Only” or “Tab and Files”. Also – the subscriber object would need to have the appropriate privileges assigned for all objects/attachments that will be exported.
