Floating Multilists

We’re having a problem with 9.3.2 and Internet Explorer 11 (no quick path to upgrade or downgrade).
When scrolling through an item record in Preliminary in Edit mode, we fill in a Multilist or Cascading list. As we scroll through the page, the boxes that house the multilists don’t move with the page, they stay floating in front of everything else that is scrolling up and down. When I click on the floating box, they have a tendency to move; sometimes back to where they belong, sometimes just to a different anchor on the page. And then, further scrolling presents the problem again.
How to fix?
Unfortunately there is no fix for Agile 9.3.2 and IE 11. Best option would be to use a different browser (or revert to IE 9 – if possible).
Try running IE under compatibility mode… Agile 9.3.2 doesn’t support IE 11 (I think not even IE 10)…
Secondly, try using FF or Chrome if possible.
Any easy way to force compatibility mode through a desktop icon or program trickery? Have over 1500 users and going to be adding 100s more in a short time; not all are going to be savvy enough to switch compatibility for each session. Also, ie11 is the standard right now, and it will be a messy few months until I can resource an upgrade.
