FileManaager not accessible | Agile 9.3.4 | Oracle Linux 7

Hello everyone,

I have installed and configured AgilePLM9.3.4 on Oracle Linux 7. I can successfully upload attachment via Java Client. When I try to do the same via web client, it gives FileManager not accessible error.
Everything is installed on same machine.. I can remotely telnet Filmanager via telnet 192.168.1.254 8080 command from my local PC.  Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Arif,

Could you please let me know if you are facing this Issue in all the Browsers.

Also try checking Emulation Feature in IE ( Open IE –> Click on F12–> Developer Tools will be opened—> Click on Emulation —-> Try Changing the Document Mode to 9 ) and upload the file.

Check file manager vault configuration and primary and secondary server location path
