ECO not exporting in ACS

ECOs do not export intermittently and ATOs are not created. Where do I look for the error of the export. I checked the application server logs but there is nothing related to this issue.

Can you identify the files that are missing (or how are you aware that they are missing)?  Can you trace to the time stamp that the ATO should have been created and checked the log files for exceptional events?  Is there any pattern that you can ascertain? Have you looked over your subscribers to check if anything has changed?  If the logs are not showing any issue then it may lie elsewhere.  I would look to see if you can find a pattern, time of day, type of ATO expected, etc… Have you looked in the destination folder?  What processes are picking these files up?  Does it clear the folder after it processes the file?  If so another thought is to check the downstream process for errors.

Which really doesn’t answer your original question yet trying to throw out troubleshooting ideas for you.

ATOs were created for other ECOs after this ECO was released. It is this ECO that wont get exported even after re-releasing it.  When I manually try to export it into an aXML format , it throws a null pointer exception.

You should check if the workflow of this ECO has its own Event Sucscriber as the other workflows.

We have just a common ECO workflow configured for all ECOs.
