Docx -Unsupported File Format
Docx which is 2015 upload not able to open in Autovue.
But which is recently uploaded docx file, able to view in Autovue.
File properties is displaying File type as “Unknown Format”
I think a little more information would be helpful here.
Are you dealing with the same file uploaded at different times, or are they different files? Can you open other Docx files in autovue that were attached in 2015? Are you able to open the 2015 file in its native application (MS Word)?
