Attach existing file/folder to MPN-NewMaufacturer
Agile 9.3.3. We have an existing MPN001 linked to MANUF001 with attachment FOLDER001. We want to also have MPN001-MANUF002 with the same FOLDER001. There are several ways to do this manually but we have several hundred existing unique MPNnnn-MANUFnnn and FOLDERnnn to work through. Is there a way to do this via import or similar?
Unfortunately – there isn’t any standard function like Import or FileLoad that will let you link multiple File Folders to Agile Objects in bulk.
You can use Actions > Mass Update on a File Folder to link it to multiple objects, but this would still be manual for each File Folder you are dealing with.
