Agile Security Reports

We would like to have a more complete set of reports relating to users signing in.  In particular we’d like to have a history of all failed logins, by time/data/user.

Is there any way of getting this?

Try some of the administrator reports.  Have you tried using either the User Login Failure Report, User Usage Report, or User History reports?

which version of agile you are using?

I’m using 9.3.2.

I tried looking at the User Login Failure Report.  But for some reason it only shows the failures due to the account being locked, and not because of incorrect passwords.   The User Usage Report gives me counts and durations of usage, but I was looking for something more detailed.

I couldn’t find the User History Report, unless you mean the User History tab.

Hi Scott,
Oh weird.  At my old company, which used 9.3.4., I could have sworn I remember the User Login Failure Report showing failed log-in attempts .  Here at my new company, which is using 9.3.3., the Login Failure Report only shows invalid approval passwords and attempts to log-in using invalid account.  This must have been fixed in the later versions of Agile, I suppose, but I’m not familiar enough to know the exact answer for you.  I figure there’s database SQL searches that’s doable too.

Regarding the Login Failure Report, I suspect there may be a configuration option or setting that i am missing, but you could be right, it may be a bug.
