Agile PLM for external users, can’t download attachments.

We are exposing Agile PLM to external users by creating an external URL for Agile PLM. It means that :

  • External Users accessing external url (with https)
  • Internal Users accessing internal url (with http)

We have been successful doing it, and external users are able to search, read and download BOM.

The issue we faced is when downloading attachment , for some reason when external users click the attachment, the link by default connects to the internal file manager.

Any tips of  how to have external users able to download attachments ? do we have to setup https for internal file manager ?
