Agile PLM File Manager Issue

Hi All,

I am having issue with file manager, users are unable to upload attachment to agile file server (we have separate file server place files in agile, server is accessible, looks fine)

But we see below error in agile logs 

coummunication Error. Please make sure the LDAP server is accessible. Job was cancelled due to this error!
com.agile.util.exception.CMAppException: Coummunication Error. Please make sure the LDAP server is accessible. Job was cancelled due to this error!

Credentials are working fine.

But when users try to save file attached, it shows unable to save error.

Please help anyone to check this issue.

Hi Venkata,

I’d suggest you shutdown file manager and start it again.
Sometimes Tomcat stops working without any signal.

Thanks for your reply, my file server is in different location, I just logged in and checked I see there is service named Apache Tomcat AgileFM, is this one you are talking about or I need to login to Agile server where actual agile PLM running and check

Hi Carlos,

I am able to resolve the issue, the issue is with Autonumber, it reached maximum value, I reset the value to next level, now i am able to upload files, using java client I did change Autonumber value.
