A way to export to an Excel file only the ‘has been redlined’ & ‘has pending changes’
I have an item release change, in which there are multiple affected items (all Packages). Most, if not all of this items, has a BOI.
Some of these affected items (Packages), marked as ‘Has been redlined’.
Under these (‘Has been redlined’) particularly package there are several changes to the BOI (some items have been added, some have been removed, other are under ‘pending changes’)
Is there a way to get an excel files that lists all of the affected PKGs (only the ones with changes to the BOI, i.e marked as ‘has been redlined’) and all of the items within the BOI that are being modified (new, deleted, pending change)?
Try the “Change Package Report” under Standard Reports > Process Reports.
It will give you more info than what you are specifically asking for here, but when you run it you could choose to only include the ‘Affected Items.BOM’ Table. This will include All Affected Item BOMs, but you could go through and manually remove anything that doesn’t have redline changes if necessary.
