Hi,
You can probably check with outlook/collab team to check the traceroute between the user’s email and the agile email. If there is any issue on the path they can clear it. else you can also check with UNIX team for issue on mail relays.
You can try to send a test email from your user account in agile to your email ID and see if you are getting the email. if yes, then I probably feel the issue is not from Agile.
