Notification not going to user

Hi

Notifications not going to a user even though tried action -> send from a change order.

The user has the “Notification Enabled” set to yes.

This am trying in Agile PLM v9.3.6.

Hello

Can you please check if the “Receive Email Notification” is set to yes for the user?

If that is set, please check if the Notification Type is set to “Email and Inbox” or “Email” is set for the Notification

Inbox means Agile inbox. it could be in Workflow Routing or Notifications depending on what action user did

Thanks Harsh and Raj for replying to the issue. In our case we know what is the issue with email not coming, but atleast notification to  inbox should come in that case.

Hi,

You can probably check with outlook/collab team to check the traceroute between the user’s email  and the agile email. If there is any issue on the path they can clear it. else you can also check with UNIX team for issue on mail relays.

You can try to send a test email from your user account in agile to your email ID and see if you are getting the email. if yes, then I probably feel the issue is not from Agile.
