In preference dialog if we enable; it will be enabled for all drawings. I want to enable it for check in  of 1 drawing not for other drawing. 

Changes at preference tab either enable this on individual users or global change. Requirement is to enable/disable on drawing perspective.

Yes, you are right on my query.  “Basic search  not the advanced option”  Intention is to reduce the time and search in one go. 

Object Search where Item Number = a; b; c; d; e; g; h; j; k  (which doesn’t work, but yes this is the idea )

I assume Teamcenter supports ( comma and semi column separater for multiple search in basic search ) this so was just curious if any possibilities in Agile PLM.

Yes true, so far we can publish the note – we are good. 

The  intention is to inform approver  whats needs to be done/validated  before approval. 

example: ( This is just an example)
Review 1- Validate the ECN inout with all stake holders, Impact analysis, Create task etc
Review 2- Update SAP data, Update Drawing, 
Review 3-  Inform Manufacturing applications, Copy drawing to vendors share point

Faced the similar issues: What worked out for me was :

1. Installed JRE 1.8 .0_102 
2. Edit/update Runtime parameters if not set to –Xms2048m
3. Added exception list (couple of list is relutant, but it wokred for me )

      HTTP://HOstname:8080
      HTTP://HOstname:8080/FILEMGR/JVUE/GLUEGEN-RT.JAR
      HTTP://HOstname:8080/FILEMGR/JVUE/JVUE.JAR

Also, please check you are trying on certified browser, it will not work on unsupported browser. Chrome till release 47 i assume it will work not beyond that. Test it with IE to confirm the setup is correct.
