    Hi Vikram,

    We faced a same issue with our environment (which is clustered) for Agile 9.3.3.

    We observed serailization errors in the server logs on the cluster nodes.

    The redlines missing issue was also accompanied with Revision conflict issues ( where the change does not get released but the item details /revisions get updated).

    This got resolved by applying a couple of patches :

    1.Agile Patch: 19012368 (9.3.3.0.78), relating to JAVA.IO.NOTSERIALIZABLEEXCEPTION: JAVA.UTIL.ARRAYLIST$SUBLIST ERROR

    1. Weblogic Patch : 16369416
