Hi Malaku,
I’m not sure how many degrees of freedom you have to solve your puzzle, but I’d like to suggest you to think about in the possibility to redesign the item creation process. What I mean is, instead of all items converge to Agile, I´d build a process to create items in PLM and than spread these items to all the systems those need these records. Agile is flexible enough to you create all the attributes need and also build ECO to handle all the steps needed to create a acceptable items to all the legacy systems.

Hi VGOULA,
there’s a relationship among privileges, roles, users and user groups.
You create privileges and add them to a role, you can create a specific role, if needed, or to use the out-of-box ones.
You should create a group and associate roles and users to this group, or you can add roles to the users. Be aware that it’s easier to manage the relationship between roles and groups than roles and users. My best

Hi Nik
I’m assuming that you intend to do the validation via configuration, not by development, so you need to configure the workflow status.
Open the workflow, select the desired Status, In the panel Criteria, double click on the added criteria and add the field that you want to validate in the property called Exit Required Fields, you can choose fields/attributes from Change Affected Item or Cover Page and from items. My best
