It is possible that for those records, the multilist values are stored in the FLEX table. Please check there to see if you have the values for that record and attribute.

Here are a couple of things I suggest you try:
1. Check to see that the LDAP creds you use to pull ldap info has permissions to both groups
2. Do you just have problem with Vendor group or any other group? I wonder if there is some attribute set on the vendor group that is preventing this.
3. How did you try to pull the users in vendor group – did you add another LDAP source in Agile or modify the existing source to see if it pulls? Try adding a new source.

Yes, it is possible to use workflow criteria to automatically add approvers only if lifecycle is Production. You need to create a new criteria that identifies the affected item’s new lifecycle to be Production, and the add the criteria under appropriate workflow status and configure the approval.

Madhan, the only way to bulk-update the cover page attributes is by using some kind of program (SDK).

The declarations and compositions that you see in the Compliance tab of the part is meant to be the composition of the part provided by the supplier irrespective of the revision. It shows the active declaration/composition from each supplier that provided the data. When the same supplier provides updated declaration for the same part, the previous declaration is inactivated. This is the default behavior.

Did you try setting this up as a post synchronous event? You are trying to use a Pre event during a Save As. So, technically the object is not created yet.

As Matt mentioned, you need to use some form of SDK code to achieve this. This is very easily done.
