DCN form was Released, any possible to put file in attachment ?

Hi,

DCN form Released, and  the button Add is disable, can’t put any file  in Attachment,

Do privilege limit or how can i put file again, and trigger version  re-new?

You can give yourself modify privilege access and add the file.  My recommendation would be to add the privilege, make the update and then remove the privilege.  You definitely don’t want to abuse this type of process.

Or use FileLoad and set the “Attach Files to Incorporated Items” option. Of course, this also requires that you have privilege to run FileLoad as well.

A bit of a PITA if all you need to do is add a single file, but it will work.

I use Administrator and also give FileLoad privilege, and set a Criterial  condition the status = Released can do this, but not work.

I don’t see that option, what is your PLM version?  my version is 9.3.0.1
