PDX Viewer

In my company, one of the steps in the workflow (of ECO) is to receive an approval from the customers.
While some of our clients don’t have Agile (and we don’t want to use more licenses), so we decided to send it as PDX format.

Oracle has PDX Viewer: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/apps-tech/index-097651.html

But, this viewer is un-friendly, has no nice GUI, and it has not nice interface.

Has someone have any idea how to export ECO (with attachment) from Agile in a different way? So it looks nice? (report maybe?)
Or have a viewer to better use for customers?

A PDX Viewer is a tool used to open and view PDX (Product Data eXchange) files, which contain product-related data and documentation. It allows users to access and manage the information within these files, facilitating better product lifecycle management and collaboration.

We work with Agile express 9. I search in Google and find another tool PDXplorer http://sur.ly/o/PDXplorer.com/AA001290. you can try and check it if it better for you.

Well, sorry to say,

But I tried your suggestion it is even worst. Extra un-useful data… in the other hand, Agile export to PDX base on basic poor UI.

There is a way to improve the export method and to send information in one simple document view?

We have one customer with the same issue, it turns out this customer was more happy using Oracle Agile express (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/apps-tech/index-097651.html)

We are using Agile eXpress 9, and it is actually pretty good presenting accurately Agile data, and attachments.
I am not sure if many knows that you do not need to install this software. It can work directly from its folder.

We have created a small 2.5Mb folder with the software (I am not sure why the original file you download from Oracle site is more than 100Mb), zipped it, and send it with each PDX we need to issue.
This folder includes simple instruction on which file to double click, and the software is working on any computer, without installing.
