Would we be able to modify Item number description using MCO ?

Hi All,

I’ve a case to modify released item description using an MCO. However, I’m not able to update/edit/modify description, though I’ve all the super privileges.

Current version of Agile : 9.3.1.2 

Note: I’m able to modify the description on latest released ECO (having the privilege : Modify released Items – However, I’m not able to modify on MCO, using the same privilege).

Can someone help on this urgently on this issue ?

Hi there,

I am not sure which version of Agile changed this, but descriptions become Rev controlled and need to be updated with an ECO. It makes sense, a Rev C item might have a different description than Rev A and Agile used to cascade the new description over the older revisions.
