while creating new item getting blank error box. unable to open items due to same error.

while creating new item and open existing items I am getting blank error box.

Could you please help me resolve this issue.

Hi Kshama

turn on the Java Console , open a new Java Client session and create/open item. Check for the errors in Java console.
Also, check if you see the same blank error box if
-connecting as a different user
– create a document
– an item for a different  subclass

What is the error you are getting – Is this blank page only or something else?

Try – 1:
1. Clear browser cookies and close browser
2. Re-open browser and re-login into agile and try to access.

If not work with above Try-1 provide following details for analysis

1. If possible attach your error/blank screen image.
2. Check web logic server console logs when you get that error .

There is this known issue but it is tried to items with attachments. You are saying this occurs upon item creation.

This issue got resolved. This was coming due to bad data present in the database.
