User Search Issue

Installed and created a new agile set up. Getting one issue- User search is not working. If we go for advance search it is working. But as user is not able to do normal search they are not able to add approvers as well with basic search window there. Any solution ?

 

Note : Same thing is working fine in Java Client

Looks like an issue with context indexes. Can you please check Metalink Doc ID 2765728.1?  It provides troubleshooting steps
