User Restrictions for files
Although not new to Agile, I am new to Agile admin. I’m trying to do 2 things with regard to restricted access.
- set up a new file restriction for CM’s to be able to grab files but only certain types with the Restrictions and
- change a restriction that is already set up so that it is a requirement that needs to be filled before a change order goes through. Right now, if it isn’t used, it lets the change order go through but then at the end, it won’t put the approvals through because that one restriction was not filled in. I’d like to have it so that you get an error message when you click on Actions, Audit Release.
