Unable to export Custom report results in Excel

We are trying to create a custom report with Pending changes and Affected items in the report. Would like to schedule the report.

When the report is created with Standard output format, I could see the results but when tried exporting to Excel/PDF/HTML, it displays an error with no results.

Any suggestions on this ?

What version of Agile are you running? It’s been years since I’ve seen this, but there was a bad JAR in the past that had to be removed from the app server for this to work. I’m sure an Oracle KB entry exists for it.

I think the JAR was XMLParserV2.jar, or something like that. Did you check Oracle Support for any details?

Thanks Keith .. I checked with Oracle and they asked us to follow the steps mentioned in Doc Id : 1307737.1. But no luck. And still we have issue in downloading the report.  Resolution mentioned in Oracle site was to upgrade to higher version

Thanks Karthik… I tried the steps mentioned in  Doc Id: 1307737.1. But no luck …
