unable to access the webclient

I’m unable to access the web client for any of the front end web servers.  the  AgilePLM services start but than stops.  when trying to access the login page I get this site can not be reached.  this page can’t be displayed

http://servername:7001/Agile/default/login-cms.jsp

any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

There are plenty of options which create this problem. I’m listing down some the reasons which could be a cause for this but based on logs only we can able to narrow down the issue.

1) check first the servers is http ot https mode
2) validate web-logic server logs if some property like DB password encryption fails also lead to this error
3) check the DB services 
4) Incase any patch applied recently means try to revert it and check
