The user cannot make CheckIn

We use Agile 9.3.4 and the user have all privileges for checkin and modify all items and all file folders. But, when the item in status preliminary under change control, connot have “browse option” to checkin a new file.
Please your help…

Please check the Criteria of that privileges in order to avoid that it is possible to do that only on active items or introductory ones.

What browser/version is being used?  I’ve seen similar issues with users on unsupported browsers (Chrome, I.E. 11)

To clarify – Chrome is not completely unsupported, but the open file component/file productivity is not supported.
