Substitution in PPM Module
Hello,
What is the best way to handle substitution when a user is being replaced with another in a project. The user can be owner or a resource with some % allocation for many tasks in a project.
Agile PLM allows substitution across project hierarchy only if user is not an owner or a resource with 0% allocation. It is time consuming to go to each task for delegating to a new user and/or change %allocation.
What is the best way to handle this usecase?

Hi Samalendu,
The way we manage this issue is by using user groups and assigning tasks to user groups. This gave us the flexibility we needed at the user level.

I did not try, but global replace feature, where user can be done for workflow process. in Admin tab of javaclient.
