Is there a possibility to get a report to show the submit to ccb status duration in a eco, with out a PX

In 936, we have this OOTB report under Process reports. It is pretty flexible and will do what you are asking for
Change Cycle Time Report
Standard Report • Determines the time it took changes to move from one specified status to another during a time period.
