Retrieve redlined Ref Designator entries

I have a Assembly BOM of Revision 1 with 3 reference designator entries in the RefDesig table which are linked by refdesig.bom=bom.id.

When the assembly gets revised to Revision 2 where one of the reference designators gets deleted, how do I find the deleted entry in the RefDesign table.

I’m trying to extract all the Assembly BOM lines with the redline actions on them. Could you please help?
