Restrict the Vendor access as read Only

What is the best practice to restrict the Vendor on Particular Documents subclass.
New Criteria has to be created or can use the existing?  Is Setting Criteria is the best option?

We have made use of “Home Organization” attribute on Users while configuring Criteria, to restrict access to Suppliers/Vendors.

Hi,

* Users who belong to main organization say “ABC” will have Home Organization set as “ABC”.
* Vendors/Suppliers will have supplier/vendor name as their home organization.

While configuring Create/Modify Privileges, you can configure criteria such that only Users who belong to main organization can create/modify etc.

Thanks for your suggestion,  But I handled by using the Discovery and Read Privileges.
