PQM attachment URL is not working.

Hi all, we are facing issue with PQM complaint attachment URL. It is not working. As per user it last worked till June. I am new to this project so did not have idea how the setup was done initially.

We get attachments from salesforce application, and it land into Windows server. Attachment location is there on Windows server and required services are up and running. I have no clue where to check about the URL. How this URL is condigured.

After investigation we found, this URL host was pointing to an IP which does not exist, so our server team redirected this host to Windows server which is having attachments.

Could you please suggest where I can investigate to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Based on your description, I assume that the File Manager services are on a server that is no longer in use or probably migrated to a different server/IP after June.
