Personal Searches not visible under Searches folder

Hello,

In Agile 9.3.6,  User is unable to see the saved search which was saved under Personal Searches.  User has no issue in viewing Global searches but only the Personal searches not visible to the user. Kindly provide your comments which can assist in providing solution.

Hello

Is this a clustered environment? if so, please login into individual node and check if you can see the search in any of them. I am thinking it is an out of sync between nodes. If you are able to see it, please restart the cluster
