Need to setup HTTPS environment in Agile PLM

Hi,

I need to setup HTTPS environment in my Agile PLM. I have already installed Agile 9.3.6 on my laptop and already have an http environment running. Now I need to have https environment too, in agile.

I have already tried to setup, using the below Oracle documents and did everything it said:

But unfortunately it did not work. I do not know what I am doing wrong or what am I missing. I need to know what exactly needs to be done. I am lacking proper guidance in this matter.
