LDAP User details not updated

User account was created in 2018 and deleted. Now the same user id is created  in Ad with updates to email address, phone but do not reflect in Agile.

Tried undelete from recycle bin searches and refresh in JC but no luck

Hello

Can you please check the auth_src and guid columns for that user in agileuser table? Auth_Src should point to the LDAP name that you configured in JC

I think that’s wrong preventing from the sync to happen

Thank you for the comment Raj..  Issue is with duplicate user names, so we deleted the user from the DB table and synched back with AD and that created the user account

Thanks for the info. Quick question. Are you saying that the loginid was duplicated in DB? i thought there was a constraint on it
