Latest Jar File updates are not reflecting

Hi,
We are using Agile 9.3.3 version and every time there are any updates to the code and need to deploy the jar, the Changes doesn’t reflect. Need to restart the instance OR clearing all the temp files in the tmp/sdk.extensions.libs location and Jar file from the /extensions folder helps.
Has anyone faced similar issue and any solution to this?

Disabling the existing Event subscriber,Event Handler before deploying the Jar File will work sometimes.
