Is there a way to force a user to comment if they move a change order to Canceled status?

Hi Agile Gurus,
Is there a way to force  a user to comment if they move a change order to Canceled status?
I see I can force them to comment on approve or reject in CCB but don’t see any other preferences or smartrule relating to commenting.

Hello Laura

I don’t think you can restrict by configuration. However, you can write a pre event for Change status that can Stop going to Cancel if they forget to enter comments
