Interface #InterfaceName is not visible from Class loader

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to call an external Web Service through Event PX in Agile 9.3.4, the below exception appearing in the History of Object on which I am invoking the Web service.

“Interface #InterfaceName  is not visible from class loader”

Could you please help me to provide steps to fix this.
