I am trying to import a file but keep getting this error for Supplier Type on the General Info

Import a file?  You mean you are using the import function and receiving load errors?  The screenshot you have above shows the error on the form itself.  If you are using s cvs file for the load validate the mapping and the data in the cvs column.  Verify those values match the picklist.  Validate that the picklist values that you are importing are active.
