Import History

Is there an option to know if red lines for Affected Items added i manualy or by Import ?
import doesn’t reflect in history tab

You will not find this.  History will simply tell you redlines completed by logged in user who uploaded the file.  I suspect you are speaking of a user leveraging the import feature.
