How to set value for attribute in Relationship tab

Has anyone done with modify attribute in Relationship tab. I tried to set value for those attributes but it is read only field.

Attributes that are owned by the related object, and are just being shown on the relationship tab, are not modifiable. Same as the BOM tab. There are attributes that are owned by the relationship you can enable and modify them–given the privilege.
