How to restore Site access when mistakenly removed.

This is all in my test environment, so I’m just going to end up either rolling it back or refreshing it, but it’s got me wondering. I was trying to update the Sites multilist for all users, and I accidentally set all of the site fields to the new single site I was trying to add to the existing values. What I mean to say is that I erased all of the site values for all users including myself. Since there are now no users that have any of our original sites in their site list, I have no way to fix the problem from within the app. At least not that I can find. I need to have the sites on my list in order to assign them to other users.

Does anyone know of a solution to this problem that doesn’t involve rolling back the database? Again, this was not in our prod env, so it’s not a real issue.
