How to remove contact users from suppliers?

I´d suggest you to deactivate the users, instead to remove them. If the users have a history of transactions, removing the users would erase it, in many cases it’s not possible.

Hi there,
I agree with the above solution. I use a tool that provides all bounced back emails, then since we have NDA’s in place, if they have expired I move them to inactive. If they need access again, redo the NDA.
