How to lock users out of system but allow me admin access?
Hi Agile gurus!
I have a bunch of workflow changes to make in production this weekend and so I’d like to lock out agile users from the system but still allow myself access to admin and web clients.
Only way I can think of to do that is to inactivate all the active users so they can’t log in but then when I re-activate them I don’t want to re-activate users that should remain inactive.
We are agile 9.3.3.
Am I missing something simpler?

For the next time…
I usually just send out notice a couple times before downtime and that seems to work.
For more stringent application such as you are thinking Laura, try downloading the current user accounts which will have the ACTIVE indication. Save that XLS file, then INACTIVATE everyone manually or through an IMPORT… do the voodoo you do, then use the original XLS file and IMPORT to change those users back to ACTIVE.
