How to import Bill Of Substances(BOS) in to IPC 1752 -2 declaration using Excel Template?

I need to import BOS to IPC 1752 -2 declaration using Excel Template present under Actions menu > Microsoft Excel > Download Template.

I filled all those mandatory fields and attached the same. While importing i am getting “Incorrect file type for this import”. Please help.
